Our research system pulls data from SEC EDGAR filings, market data, and our proprietary risk scoring engines (Dilution Risk, Promotion Risk, Volume Anomaly, Hidden Gems). It assembles factual summaries of recent corporate activity for each ticker in our coverage universe. Every automated brief is reviewed by a human editor before publication. Editors verify factual accuracy, flag interpretive errors, and reject pieces that do not meet our standards.
Weekly market roundups, industry analysis, and educational content are written by named human authors with stated credentials and reviewed under the same editorial process.
We disclose this distinction on every page. Automated briefs carry a clear "Automated Research" label. Editorial articles carry a human byline.
PubCo Insight may use automated systems to distribute links to published research and educational material, and to provide factual, source-linked responses on social platforms. These social posts are not individually reviewed by a human before publication. They pass an automated policy check designed to block personalized investment advice, buy or sell recommendations, price targets, guaranteed returns, unsupported ticker claims, promotional hype, market-manipulation language, and repetitive posting.
When PubCo Insight, Pulse IR, Strategic Innovations First, Inc., or an affiliate has received or expects compensation relating to a security discussed in a post, the post includes the applicable Section 17(b) disclosure identifying the payer and the amount and nature of the consideration. Compensated-client posts remain blocked if those facts are incomplete or unverified.
Automation is used only where the destination platform permits the specific posting or reply behavior. PubCo Insight does not use automated accounts to manufacture trends, coordinate trading, impersonate independent investors, or send unsolicited repetitive replies.
