Uplist Radar

Which OTC names are already filing to uplist to Nasdaq.

OTC and micro-cap companies showing the paperwork of an uplisting in progress: reverse-split proxies, active registration, and bid-price proximity to national-exchange standards. Our sponsored clients are excluded. Signals, not predictions.

How the Uplist Score works. We scan our OTC universe for the visible machinery of an uplisting and add up the signals: a reverse-split proxy or charter amendment, active S-1 or 424B registration, being current in SEC reporting, market cap at national-exchange scale, and any explicit uplisting or reverse-split news. A share price near or above the Nasdaq $4 minimum bid is shown for context. Nobody uplists without leaving this trail in EDGAR first, which is exactly what we track.
Signals, not outcomes. A high score means a company is showing uplisting activity, not that a listing will happen or that the stock will rise. Many attempted uplistings are never completed, and a reverse split often precedes further dilution. This is risk research built from public SEC filings, not a buy or sell recommendation. Frequently asked questions

What is an uplisting?

Moving from the OTC markets to a national exchange like Nasdaq or NYSE American. It usually requires minimum bid-price, market-value, and shareholder-equity standards, being current in SEC reporting, and often a reverse stock split to lift the share price.

Does a high score mean the stock will uplist or go up?

No. The score measures signals and proximity, not outcomes. Many attempted uplistings are never completed, and a reverse split often precedes further dilution. Research, not a buy or sell signal.
