We collect the email address and any information you choose to provide when you submit a contact form, request information, or sign up for updates. When you visit the site, our servers automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, which we use for security and to operate the site. We do not require you to create an account to read our research.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, to send the information or investor relations communications you have requested, and to operate and improve PubCo Insight. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with Pulse IR, a service of Strategic Innovations, Inc., in connection with investor relations services, and with service providers that help us operate the site, such as email delivery. We may disclose information if required by law.
We use only the minimal cookies needed to operate the site. Where we measure traffic, we use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics and avoid building advertising profiles of individual visitors. We do not display third-party advertising, and we do not allow advertisers to track you across other websites through our platform.
If you receive email from us, every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us at any time to be removed from our lists. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly in accordance with applicable law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing brad@pulseir.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will respond to verified requests as required by law.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
PubCo Insight is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
